The Knight barely dodges Pearl, tries to fire again but her weapon jams, and draws blades to continue the fight by hand. As Pearl crushes a table-top landing after her missed attack, the knight leaps over the bar to attack Stalks, Stalks herself dodges and leaps back over the bar -again-, escaping to the main bar floor. Pearl lunges at the Knight just as the Knight lunges after Stalks screaming in madness and rage...and we learn that the Knight has a name and a past. > As the knight does her little speech Pearl comes up from > behind, her fists clenched and prepares to give the knight > a little jab in the head. Don't want to kill her, just hurt her. The Lady Mirabelle reacts, but the speed of the Warrior of Gaia is just greater than the reflexes of the soldier of the Shining Host. The Lady Mirabelle takes a glancing blow to the head as she tries to twist clear, slashing wildly at air with one of her blades at Pearl...Mirabelle lands, rolls, comes to her feet amist the tables and chairs on the Pub floor, blades still in hand, shakes her head as if to clear it. There are a nasty set of claw- scrapes on Mirabelle's otherwise enchanting face, but otherwise Mirabelle doesn't seem the worse for wear. Mirabelle's face set in grim determination as she warily keeps her eyes on Pearl even as she sidesteps quickly between the tables and chairs in pursuit of Stalks...who herself circles toward the "dance floor" where there is more room to maneuver. And - rather peeved - Stalks growls (in Garou, of course), {"Isn't anyone else going to help out here?!"} Pearl, the nine-foot-tall-killing-machine version of Pearl, sweeps foward with a massive clawed paw, going for a Muhammad Ali-style knockout punch. Mirabelle weaves and ducks this new frontal assault with ease, the power of the Dragon's Ire and the fuel of madness erasing, for now, the fatigue and injury she came in with. And when Mirabelle comes up, the bloody scratches on her face are already healing... So, here's where the combatants stand: Pearl, in Crinos form, faces Mirabelle. Mirabelle, armed with her flame-blades in each fist, is backing and dodging quickly away from Pearl even as she tracks Stalks across the Pub, Pearl and Mirabelle moving across the Pub floor, trading attacks and dodges and feints between the tables and chair and patrons like gladiators in the Arena. Stalks herself, in wolf form, is leaping away between the tables, trying to angle for a better attack. Jase is still standing, broken bottle in hand, in a state of shock. As for Pub damage...so far, the behind-the-bar area was shattered by a laser cannon, Pearl crushed a table landing the first time, almost everything on the bar top has been swept off in all the rounds of leaping, and Mirabelle is obviously -not- going to be taking this fight to the arena, in clear violation of Pub policy... > Stalks Hidden > sheesh! > > -Pearl > I'll heal you later when you're safely tied to a table. > -Lady Mirabelle Okay.
